My STORY

Artist: Susan Reineke

I want to use as many repurposed items as I can in my art. I grind down colored bottles and stain glass scraps rather than using packaged glass gravel. The vintage frames are also found in garage sales and thrift stores. Lessening the carbon footprint to make beautiful art.

Cutting the Wood

My husband Chris does all the wood accents.

Cleaning Bottle

I remove labels and wash bottles before breaking and grinding the glass.
